Legal status

Our products are derived from hemp and are produced to contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis under the federal standard in effect at the date above. Federal and state law in this area is changing. The federal definition of hemp is scheduled to move to a total-THC standard, and several states have adopted their own restrictions. We update our shipping restrictions as those rules take effect. You are responsible for knowing the law where you live.

Age restriction and safe use

These products are for adults 21 and over. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Certificates of analysis for our products are published at www.flurishvault.com/coa-test-results. Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory. If you cannot locate the certificate matching your batch, email info@flurishgroup.com and we will send it.
